Alabaster Florist and gifts is a small business locally owned and operated by the Polk Family Alabaster Florist has been open, and even located in the same building, since the 1950's, making it the oldest and first florist in Shelby County. As a full-service florist, we can assist you in any of the following needs: fresh cut arrangements, center pieces, wreaths, corsages and boutonnieres, green and blooming plants, dish gardens, home silks, cemetery silks, candy, balloons, stuffed animals, baskets, greeting cards, wedding flowers, funeral flowers, recital flowers and other various gift items and wedding rentals.
